* Do i have to hire the venue for 2 nights?
Yes, it’s a minimum of a two night hire. You may hire a third night as an extra.
* What do guests need to bring?
A torch, towels (if they are staying), bedding. They may hire linen from us for £20/king sized bed and £10 for a single.
* Do outside suppliers need to do a site visit ?
Yes. Its very important that the outside suppliers carry out a site visit before you book them. They will need to see the distance they need to take their kit down to the marquee/ kitchen.
* Is there help if we need it?
My brother mark is available for 4 hours over the course of the weekend to help take kit down to the marquee or other areas of the woodland. Any extra time is charged £15 per hour.
* Can i bring my own alcohol?
Yes. You can set your own bar up, or hire a bar.
* How do i secure my booking?
We require a non refundable deposit of £1500 to secure your booking. We require that you read through out t&cs before making the payment. These will be sent to you via email.
* Can i spread payments out?
Yes. We can work out a payment plan between us so payments are spread out.
* What time can we arrive on the friday?
You may arrive from 11am onwards on the friday, with some close friends and family, to help set up. The main guests arrive from 3pm onwards.
* What is the maximum number of guests i can have?
100 guests is our maximum number. 50 guests staying on site, then another 40 guests that can arrive on Saturday daytime and evening. Any extra over 90 are an extra £20 per head.
* Can i arrange deliveries?
Yes. But please be here to sign for them.
* Do you have local contacts for accommodation/ b&bs, catering etc?
Yes. Just ask!
* How long can we keep the music going for?
The cut off point for music is 12 am
* Can we have music for the Friday night too?
Yes. Again the cut off point is 12 am
* Is the venue suitable for elderly and disabled guests?
Yes. We have successfully hosted elderly and disabled guests. We ask that you assess wether the tracks are possible for them. There aren’t many steps, so good for wheelchairs. However, we don’t have a disabled toilet. The compost toilets are quite big though and could be used. Please check to see if they will work for the individual.The tracks can get muddy if we have lots of rain, so please take this into account.
* Can we collect wood from the woodland for our campfire?
Yes, as long as its dead! No cutting of live trees is allowed.
* Is smoking allowed?
Yes. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the buckets/clay pots provided
