We are located within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Herefordshire. Conveniently placed in the middle of the country so easily reached for many people. Set in 12 acres of mixed native woodland, half of which is ancient provides your stunning natural backdrop for your woodland wedding. A magical and relaxed ambience is already created by nature’s ever changing beauty.. It really is enchanting..

Our aim is to make your wedding organising a simple and enjoyable experience by making it all as simple as possible! We provide you with a woodland venue with all its facilities, accommodation for 50 guests staying in our own tipis and yurts within the woodland and the hire of our Petal Pole Marquee nestled deep within the trees. We offer a two or three night package over a weekend and a two night package for the mid week.

We offer you the creative freedom to design your woodland wedding that truly reflects you both as a couple. You can create your own theme; vintage era, classic, natural, festival vibe, fairytale, theatrical theme.. its totally up to you… You choose your caterers, music, bar and decorations. We feel this way your wedding is a lot more personal and unique.

We hold a Marriage Licence allowing you to legally marry within the woods. Alternatively you may wish to hold a Hand-fasting ceremony with a celebrant of your choice. You can choose any area of the woodland to do this.

Civil Wedding Ceremonies and Ceremonies with a Humanist

Have have our licence for holding civil wedding ceremonies with the woodland. You may choose from three different locations in our 12 acres of woodland. All of which offer a magical and relaxed setting surrounded by trees. See which location you feel is right for you both.

The cost of holding a civil ceremony here is an extra cost of £300. You will need to pay the Registrar’s fees separately directly to the Registrar. Their fees vary slightly depending on which day of the week the ceremony is held.

Handfastings, blessings and personal ceremonies are all possible here too. Just choose an area of woodland that you’d like and arrange yourselves. No charge.

You may decorate the area where you are saying your vows however you wish. Make it unique to yourselves. We can provide hay bales for seating if needed. £5 each. They seat two adult guests comfortably. Or you may hire chairs and arrange.

If in the event of rain, we have a triangle shaped sail in the trees. Room for 6 people approx. So you will be dry! We will organise this.
